4 Years With Build Trybe

My name is Ryan Yowell, and I am thrilled to be part of Build Trybe as a Data Analyst. With 4 years of experience in client and data management, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to my role.

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in communication, database analytics, and data improvement. During this time I have achieved helping the Build Trybe program launch their formal treatment plan tracking, assisting with other program’s needs in our client database, and overall strengthening of communication for every program I assist with.

At Build Trybe, I am committed to making it as easy as possible for employees to track the awesome growth they help their clients achieve. I am passionate about resource management and analyzing key data points to know where my skills are best suited and strive to make a positive impact in our report outs to the state that get programs like Build Trybe the funding they need. Working collaboratively with my colleagues, I aim to make showing their work feasible through tracking tools and matching the work they put in in my own work.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading, watching soccer, cooking, playing/listening to music, and spending time with my girlfriend, which provide me with a well-rounded perspective and inspire creativity in my professional endeavors. I am an advocate for mental and physical health, foster care, adoptive care, and really everything our organization stands for; I wouldn’t be here if my values didn’t align with the company I’m employed at, as I believe in giving back to society.

My name is Haley Lucitt, and as the Seed to Plate Manager at Build Trybe, I bring a wealth of expertise and a deep-rooted passion for sustainable agriculture and nutritional education. With over 5 years of hands-on farming experience, including 3+ years dedicated to agricultural education, I am a driving force behind our mission to guide Cornerstones of Care youth in cultivating a healthier, greener future.

I hold a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition from the renowned Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, which equips me with a unique perspective on the vital connection between food and overall well-being. My academic background allows me to approach farming and nutrition from a holistic standpoint, integrating scientific knowledge with practical skills to enhance the quality and impact of our initiatives.

Fuelled by a profound love for the great outdoors, I find joy in every aspect of my work. From sowing seeds and nurturing crops to harvesting and cooking fresh, wholesome vegetables, I truly do revel in the entire journey from seed to plate. It is this love for the process that drives me to share my expertise and inspire the younger generation to embrace sustainable food practices.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I lead a dynamic life filled with adventure and creativity. I find solace and exhilaration in activities such as snowboarding, rock climbing, and biking, where I can experience the beauty of nature firsthand. Additionally, I indulge in the art of weaving, enjoy the satisfaction of completing puzzles, and find peace in the serenity of hot yoga.

I embody the spirit of Build Trybe, harmonizing a love for nature, an appreciation for healthy food, and a dedication to empowering future generations. My multifaceted background and contagious enthusiasm make me an invaluable asset to our team and the communities we serve.
